About the Role:
We’re building bold. As the Strategic Operations Lead, you’ll work directly with the founding team to implement playbooks, oversee daily execution, and drive profitability across trading, acquisitions, and advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage systems and processes across multiple verticals
- Oversee internal teams, pipeline movement, and performance tracking
- Help turn strategy into repeatable, scalable execution
